Abuse Reporting

Report any abuse originating from VECDC infrastructure; our team responds as quickly as possible.

1. When to Submit a Report

You can report the following types of abuse if you believe they originate from a VECDC server or IP address: spam/unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, port scanning or unauthorized access attempts, copyright infringement, or other activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. How to Submit a Report

You can send your report by email to [email protected].

To help us evaluate your report quickly and accurately, please include the following information in your email:

  • The relevant IP address or domain name
  • The date and time the incident occurred (UTC is preferred where possible)
  • Supporting evidence such as log files, email headers, or screenshots
  • A brief description of the incident

3. What Happens After You Report

  • Your report is reviewed by our technical team within 24 hours at the latest.
  • If the violation is confirmed, the relevant customer is warned, and the service is suspended or terminated in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
  • General feedback may be provided to the reporting party; however, for privacy and investigative integrity, specific action details relating to another customer are not disclosed.
